With your permission, Orbit reads your Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, and Google Contacts to organize your communication into life-based themes called Orbits—surfacing important updates, to-dos, and events so nothing slips through.
We protect your data by design
- Your messages are encrypted with a key unique to you—our staff cannot access them, even if they wanted to
- AI processing happens inside isolated, hardware-secured environments with no outside access
- Our AI providers process your data only to deliver Orbit’s features and do not store or retain it afterward
- Disconnecting a Google service revokes access and permanently deletes all imported data

- We only use Google data to provide and improve user-facing features in Orbit
- We do not use Google data for advertising, retargeting, or interest-based ads
- We do not sell or transfer Google data to third parties except to provide Orbit’s features
- We do not use your Google data to train AI models
